Tayyab Shah

Founder & Research Lead

Tayyab Shah is a geospatial researcher specializing in geospatial science, spatial analysis, health and environmental geography, remote sensing, and spatial data science.

He holds a PhD in Geography from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, and an MSc in Space Sciences from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan. His research and applied work has included geospatial technologies, environmental and health research, humanitarian and development studies, land-use planning, and spatial data analysis.

Through IdeaLab Research, Tayyab Shah works to connect researchers, students, professionals, and organizations through research, education, technology, publishing, and knowledge sharing.

IdeaLab Research is being developed as a collaborative platform. Its research activities, initiatives, and resources continue to grow through contributions from researchers, students, professionals, institutions, and other collaborators.
